We are committed to providing you with exceptional skin care and medical aesthetic treatments. These terms and conditions apply to all services bookings and running of our clinics.
Appointments
- Bookings are required for all consultations and treatments. You can book online, by phone, or in person.
- We recommend scheduling consultations and treatments in advance to ensure availability.
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork.
Cancellations
- We understand that scheduling conflicts can arise. If you need to cancel your appointment, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 per appointment after two leniencies.
- No-shows will also be subject to a cancellation fee of $50 per appointment.
Fees
- Service prices are listed on our website and price list available at the clinic.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We accept payment by [List accepted payment methods (e.g., credit card, debit card, cash)]. Payment is due at the time of service.
Treatments
- During consultations, our qualified practitioners will assess your suitability for each treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for you.
- Medical Cosmetic Aesthetic treatments cannot be pre-paid.
- Bookings must be made in advance.
- Cosmetic Aesthetic clients must be deemed medically fit and suitable for treatment, following a consultation with one of our injectors.
- The price per area treated will depend on the number of units required and the product used.
- For legal reasons, the product names cannot be used in advertising. Please contact one of our medical staff at our clinic for details.
- The terms of our Cancellations and Refunds policy apply to all treatments purchased.
Packages
- We offer a variety of treatment packages at discounted rates. Package details, including validity periods and usage terms, will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase.
SY Gift Cards/Certificates
- SY Aesthetics can refuse to sell gift cards to any person at any time for any reason.
- The gift card/certificate may only be used to purchased good or services at SY Aesthetics.
- The gift card/certificate cannot be redeemed for cash, returned for a refund or be replaced after expiry.
- If your gift card/certificate is lost or stolen, immediately report it to SY Aesthetics.
- All gift cards and certificates will expire 3 THREE years from the date of issue.
- After the gift card/certificate has expired it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded.
Client Information
- We collect your personal information to ensure we can provide you with the best possible care.
- Your information will be kept confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
Photography
- Photography or videography is not permitted on the clinic premises without prior written consent from management.
Client Conduct
- We strive to provide a professional and respectful environment for all our clients and staff. Disruptive or abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Privacy
- We take your privacy very seriously. Please refer to our separate Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms and Conditions on our website.
